The rooms are basic and the amenities include: Safety Deposit Lockers(at extra cost), attached bathrooms having running hot and cold water from underground spring well and solar heaters, western closet and a shower. The flooring is either mosaic or marbel. Done simply without frills, the spacious rooms provide all the basic requirements for a comfortable stay, including twin or double bed, teapoy, sizeable wardrobe, mirror, rack, writing table, chairs, ceiling fan or air conditioned, reading light and other lights. The largest standard family suites also have kitchenette facilities. Extra person with bed in the room, television in the room or fridge in the room are available at extra cost on availability basis.

Each room has a balcony that opens up to the main square. At the entrance there are colourful stones studded benches to sit and laze upon.

On the roof terrace also there is ample sitting with tables sun umbrellas and chairs and sun beds. You can enjoy a beautiful view of the sunset from here. Some superior Queen bedded rooms having air conditioning or no air condition are located around the terrace and are priced higher. The garden is also viewed from here. A well equipped, Superior dormitory for 6, having aircondition, fridge and TV is available overlooking the terrace and the garden and the sea. The leading staircases are all open and protected with safe railings. Fire safety, Children safety, sufficient natural ventilation has been observed.
