Good to know

-Complimentary breakfast plan- Continental (pot of tea/coffee, toasts, jam butter, no room service)

- Only one child per room, age 0-5.99, is permitted free stay using parents bed.

- No credit please. Accommodation bill to be cleared on arrival. For extension please inform the front desk and clear the bill one day prior to check-out. 

- No refund please. Please make sure of your travel plans. In case of emergencies you can come back  later within the year, subject to availability and prices may vary.

- Outside food and drink is permitted in the common areas for a resort fee of Rs.300 per booking.

- Please be responsible for your own luggage as we don't have a bell boy.  

- Housekeeping is done only in the day (9:00-5:00). Please drop your key at reception and inform the front desk. Linen change: every 3 days. 

- No escorts. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards illegal activities including prostitution and/or escort services. In the event of suspected illegal activity, guest will be evicted without refund and local authorities will be notified.

- Loss of key will incur a charge. Please guard it well or drop the key at reception.

- Please take care of your belongings. There is a locker in your room. Management is not responsible for any loss. No using personal locks on main door of the room.

- CCTV system is set up in common areas for your safety.

- No parking inside the property. Usually street parking is available (2-3 cars) just opposite the property. Rental bikes are not permitted inside the property.

- Please save water and electricity. Switch off the ac, lights and fans before leaving the room. If found on, we reserve the right to switch off the same.

-Wi-fi is provided by a third party. In case of technical faults we will do everything possible to rectify it. If it is not in our control, then we apologize for the inconvenience but no refunds will be entertained.

​-In case of damages, hotel reserves the right to charge the guest at its discretion.

-In case of unlawful behaviour of the guest, hotel reserves the right to refuse service to the customer.
